Promotive Engineering has specialised in modifying Porsches for motorsport for well over twenty years. Now based in Brisbane, Australia, we have helped our customers at the top level of motorsport achieve success, including winning the Australian F2 Rally Championship, wins in international marathon and tarmac rallies such as the Panama to Alaska and Classic Adelaide, as well as success in circuit racing including Porsche Cup.
It’s not just all about Porsches. We also provide builder assistance and make components for experimental aviation; and have design and fabrication capabilities for promotional and architectural projects.
We can make your car sing! Our engine and gearbox building service includes:

•Engine management upgrades including knock control, advanced tuning including gearshift control, dashboards and telemetry. We fit Motec and Link ECUs depending on the application, and Motec power management systems;
•Custom turbo and intercooler conversions (there always seems to be a twin turbo conversion here on the stand!);
•Twin-plug and water cooled head conversions including CNC head porting;
•Engine case air-flowing and dowel pinning;
•Close ratio gear sets, including sequential and paddle shift kits;
